Data Import

The data import feature allows for data transfer and reduces manual data entry. Data import is implemented for OP-KISS and NEO-KISS. The structure of each import is specified in various files below.

Please note that as of March 2023, you can use data import through the respective module. The import is now located under the OP list.

OP KISS Import

Note: If you do not enter any data at the end of surveillance in your file, the surgeries are marked as ‘open’ and must then be adjusted manually.

To avoid this, you may need to fill in the following fields:

  • surveillanceendPremature – Was surveillance ended before the surveillance limit date? (yes/no)
  • surveillanceendDate – Surveillance end date
  • surveillanceendReason – Reason for premature surveillance end (reoperation/death)
  • surveillanceendWIoccured – Did an infection occur? (yes/no)

For details on these fields, please refer to the technical documentation.

To minimize your workload, we recommend performing an import before the end of the year.
