ONKO-KISS Requirements for Participation Certificates

Minimum Requirements for at Least One Ward in the Hospital:

Always:

• Regular data submission from a ward registered with ONKO-KISS per calendar year for all required module elements (patient data and reporting of nosocomial infections, additional elements if applicable).
• Timely submission of data by February 15 of the following year.
• One-time attendance by a hospital representative at the ONKO-KISS introductory course and, at least every two years, attendance of a hospital representative at the ONKO-KISS experience exchange.
• Participation in validations using annual case studies within the specified timeframe.
• Response to inquiries regarding structural and process quality or validity within the specified timeframe.

Requirements not offered by KISS (e.g., no inquiries sent) are considered fulfilled.
